1974 Questions for all other cars

I'm having a problem with a blown fuse. On the fuse box the tach fuse keeps blowing and if you unplug the link to it that says courtesy it wont blow. What is this courtesy and where would it lead to?

Courtsey usually refers to the interior lighting. Is there any problem there?

Courtsey usually works as the internal lights i think u have any internal problem please consult a mechanics.
