i have just put a new altinator in my car and when i hooked up the battery i fried some wires and now i have no power to any thing..i might of hooked up the batter backwards or something i dont know... what wires might have i fried.

look at the starter for the fusible links. If you fried em and can't tell by looking at them, pull a bit and see if they strecth. Then replace em then make shure when you work on electrical parts you remove the negative battery cable!
