I purchashed by car with about 300 miles on it ( demo car ). Quickly after driving it a few miles I noticed a vibration in the sterring wheel. Took it back to the dealer, they re-balanced the tires , seemed to be ok.. then a few weeks later it was back. Took it back, they told me everything was fine... After many trips back, and escalation calls to GM no result.
I just took my vehilce in to have the tires rotated and balanced.. took a drive down to Florida ( 900 miles ) and the shake was horrible at anything past 70mph. ( you can feel it in the steering wheel, floor, front and back seats ) My vehicle is still under the MFG warranty im just wondering what I need to tell them so I can narrow this down and get it fixed. Ive lived with this annoyince for almost 2 years now and the dealer will not fix it.
What could it be?
04 Grand am, 3.4L, 25,000 miles.
