All my lights worked until two days ago. I could only find a used brake light switch but it gave me brake lights. I went out and checked them today and I have no brake lights again. All other lights work. I have power to the fuse box/fuse. When I test the plug for current, I'm showing current on both sides of the brake light plug, without depressing the brake pedal. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

I'm looking through the wiring schematics and found a big difference between one with cruise control and one without. Which do you have? Also, I attached two pics below showing the difference. The first pic is without CC and the second is with.

Let me know which one you have and which wires you are checking when you say there is power on both ends without depressing the brake. If that is the case, power is going through the switch, the brake lights should be on.

Let me know.

Joe
