I had my ball joints replaced and summer tires put on a few weeks ago. My car was drifting to the right so I took it back in and they cross switch my front tires and said it would be fine. It was not, it was still drifting so I took it back in and they finally said that the alignment was off so they would redo it as they just did one when I got my ball joints replaced. My car is still drifting now to the left since they redid the alignment. I do not understand what is causing these problems and the people at the dealership are not being very helpful. My gas/km gauge says 6.9 too, which usually sits at about 8.2. Something is off and I hope maybe someone has a helpful suggestion for me!
Thank you.

If the vehicle was pulling to the right before they did the second alignment and now is pulling to the left, I would suspect that the alignment is off again. Also make sure that the ball joints were not specific to each side. Some ball joints on cars only fit the left or the right side. If this is the case and they were installed backwards, it could cause a similar problem. What do you mean by cross switching? Which way did that rotate the tires? Front to back?
