alarm working and immobilizer and key not working

I have only one key for the car. the car didn't start so the workshop told me the immobilizer problem and change the immobilizer car work, but the flasher headlight and alarm working and the key did not work for unlocking or lock remote. I put the old immobilizer but car didn't start and central says key is not valid try another key.
how can i fix this problem?

You can go to the dealer with your VIN and they we program the key for you. here are the instructions on how to get the old key and ignition switch out in the diagrams below. Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what happens.
