Alarm system activated

Battery was dead tried to jump start and alarm was turned on, wipers on, flashers on and can't open trunk nor fuel door.

Have you replaced the battery at this point? This sounds like the battery is drained and when you tried to jump start it, the vehicle thinks someone is trying to steal it so it sets the alarm off.

The lights and wipers going sounds like typical reaction to the battery having low voltage.

Let's replace or at least test the battery to make sure it is okay and then we can retest the other issues that you are seeing.
