The car has locked it refuses to start. When you switch on the hazards light are starting blinking. The mechanics personnel have tried to look at the control box and that said my be it has been locked by the manufacturing industry, no I do not understand what to do.
The car is Duet 2002 Model number UA-M100A with engine number EJ7780674 imported from Japan.

Thanks

Try a security system reset it may work or not as it is imported from Japan. See our link on security systems it covers how to reset them. Check all fuses under hood as well in case one has blown.

Because it is from Japan we have no information on this car that is why I sent the security reset hoping that it may work to get you going. If there is a manual with the car look in there they should have how to reset it if ours does not work.
