The back window of my car was broken. So, I had the back window replaced. Ever since then, when I lock the car and the alarm gets set, as normal, but then the alarm goes off 30 seconds later. Any idea what the problem is?

Hi,

The idea that the rear window was replaced normally would have nothing to do with anti-theft. However, the anti-theft control module is located in the left rear wheel well behind the trim.

Since they would have been working in and around that location, something may have been left loose, damaged, or disconnected.

I attached a pic of the module's location. Locate it and see if there is anything that appears to be a problem.

Let me know what you find.

Joe
