Vent airflow?

When heater or a/c is on air comes from defrost and floor but not out of dash.

Yep, this happens when the small vacuum line going into the firewall from under the hood is broken or disconnected from the engine, I would raise the hood to inspect this small plastic hose. please go over this guide to see what I am talking about:

Check out the images (below). Please upload pictures or videos in your response to any problems so we can see what to help you with. Here are the vacuum lines under the dash which can sometimes be broken as well.

Found the problem, plastic piece on top of the door that connects to the acuator was broken. With a piece of metal I opened the door to the vents and secured it. Defrost not needed in AZ.

Hi Ken,

I have another problem. I disconnected these wires without marking them and know I don't know where they connect. It's a red, yellow and a black wire that go to the three inline connectors shown (pictures). Can you help please?
