A month ago was my first trip to the dealership where i bought my car from to have my air conditioner system checked. They told me that it was a compressor problem so my extended warranty provider approved the compressor to be changed then i just paid the $100.00 deductible. Three days after i started hearing a grinding sound underneath the dashboard so i called them and they had me bring it back and they checked it again. Now what they are saying is that the compressor blew up again because of some metal and they have to replace the evaporator and condenser which by the way were not paid for by the warranty company because they were saying that this was a previous issue even before i owned the car so i agreed to pay for the other parts out of pocket. A day after i got my car, voila, started hearing sounds again then when i tested my air conditioner and blasted it high, it started blowing warm air. Now i am bringing it back tomorrow because obviously they were not able to address the issue properly and i am going to talk to the service manager. What would be the best way to handle this and is there a way i can refund the money that i paid? Thank you for your help.
