BHAMDOC1973, My name is Ernest, and unfortunately, I'll need a lot more information in order to assist you. Was the car in a collision which caused the seatbelts/airbags to deploy?
Those two seatbelt codes usually only set when the seatbelts and/or airbag were deployed. There are two sensors/wires on each seatbelt. When a crash occurs, sensors trigger a gas charge that locks the seat belt. This can feel like an arm pulling you back into the seat. The SRS airbag light will be on after a seat belt deploys. This is because the car's SRS computer stores a code related to the system fault.
After deployment, the seatbelts will have to be repaired, and the gas charges replaced before the codes can be reset. If this is the case, I do not recommend doing that part yourself, unless you are ASE certified with experience in this subject. Otherwise, your safety will be compromised.
If this is not the case, provide me with a little more information on dash lights, any damage to the vehicle, do the seatbelts seem to operate correctly. I will try to help you further.
