Airbag light turned on

The airbag light just came on without any accident or impact. Scanned the vehicle and the following error codes came up- D3-11 (RL airbag/tensioner impact history) and D4-11 (RR airbag/tensioner impact history).
Please what do I do?

Good afternoon,

Was the car in an accident with air bag deployment?

If it was, then the bag, impact sensor, seat belt tensioners and the module all have to be replaced.

What is the history?

No, the car was not involved in any accident and the airbag was never deployed. That is the confusing issue.

Can you communicate with the airbag module with a scan tool to read live information? It sounds like the module could be the issue.
