Hi,
This model/make vehicle isn't offered in the US, so it isn't listed in any of my manuals. However, I will try my best to help.
On most vehicles, there isn't a "fuse". Instead, power is provided by a module that detects if a sensor is affected. Also, in the steering wheel, on many vehicles, there is a clock spring. This allows power to be provided to controls on the steering wheel while the wheel turns. If that is faulty, it can turn on the airbag light.
Let me know what is actually happening.
Take care,
Joe
