Air suspension issue

Yes they can leak. I had a very similar issue with one of my vehicle a while back. It would lose air due to a small leak in the strut. In the morning the front would be very close to the ground. After startup the compressor will kick in and rise it and the compressor will kick on and off during driving to keep the suspension at the correct level.
Unfortunately when they leak there are not much options but to replace them.
Of course on many cars you can get those conversion kits that changes the air suspension to regular coil overs.

Yes, I changed the suspension on a couple of cars before, but this one does not have the electric module to turn off the light on the dash, so if I change it I will have few lights on there. I will just change the strut. I don't have an issue changing it it's just ball joints and rubber are the things I dislike the most, and there is always something that I have to change along the way, a ball joint that gets all the grease out, one here, one there, it's always something when removing suspension part. Can you share instructions on how to change it?

When you do a suspension conversion, the biggest issue in my opinion is the ride quality.
It just does not ride as smooth as the air ride does.
I have attached the replacement procedure for the front air shock for your reference.
Hope this helps.
