When it sits overnight the rear sinks, more on the driver side. Once you start the car it will start rising to a close to 100% level. I could hear the compressor running, and some hissing from rear driver side, then after a while all stops and its leveled. Then when I turn it off you could slowly see the driver rear sinking and a hiss. Do you know what usually goes wrong with these?

The hiss is the clue, the system leaking, you need to find the source of the noise which is probably the level ride shocks. You can use a bottle of soapy water to help you, spray it near the noise and look for bubbles to confirm the source. Please upload an image or a short video in your response, so I can see what's going on.
