Bought it as is. I had my share if air suspension issues on other cars but never did deal with a jeep. All 4 are lower than they should at the same level. Is this common on these cars? And where do you recommend I start checking? Fuse, relay?

Did a scan. Going under air suspension is not connecting. Going under active dampening says it's not configured. Doing a full scan found few codes. When inactivated the pump to all 4 wheels I hear it run.I checked the fuses and relay up front and looks good. I don't even know if there is any air lift in the system I don't know where the pump is. Maybe a bad/weak pump? Cause it looks like all 4 struts are down at sane level. Also noticed that the buttons do not light up when I press to raise or lower the car. Even the light that should light up when its in park is not on.

Yes, please check the fuses first, also there is a relay for the suspension control module because it has lost communication. If the fuse and relay are okay, I would swap out the module. Here are the wiring diagrams for the system so you can see how the air suspension works and which fuses to check.

The control relay is under the hood inside the PDC. Check out the images (below). Please let us know how it goes

All fuses are good. But fuse 5 the 40-amp shows negative always whether removed or installed. There is power and ground on the relay pins. All other fuses are good. Does this require the module to be VIN matched? How can I know whether it's a pump or a module issue?

If you put power to the ORG/GRN wire at the compressor it should turn on. Also, the air suspension control module will need a verification test to start working, here is how the job is done.

STANDARD PROCEDURE - ASCM VERIFICATION TEST

PERFORM THE ASCM VERIFICATION TEST
Turn the ignition off.
Disconnect all jumper wires and reconnect all previously disconnected components and connectors.
Turn the ignition on.
With the scan tool, erase DTCs.
Make sure that all accessories are turned off and that the battery is fully charged.
Test drive the vehicle and verify proper operation.
With the scan tool, read the ASCM DTCs.

Are there any DTCs present in the Air Suspension Control Module (ASCM)?

Yes
(Refer to 28 - DTC-Based Diagnostics/MODULE, Air Suspension Control (ASCM) - Diagnosis and Testing) and perform the appropriate diagnostic procedure.

No
Repair is complete.

Please let us know what happens.

Jumper wires mean any test wiring that has been used and reconnect all electrical connectors that may have been undone during the repair.

So, what if there are the same codes I gave you first after the test drive? I did that already first thing when I got it. Deleted codes but they would not delete, test drove it. Same thing.
