the air suspension on my car will not air up at all. when I start the car the compressor comes on and tries to pump up the bag but nothing happens. so the compressor continuously runs trying to pump it up but it does not pump up. so my car is basically sitting on top of my tires because the air suspension is not working on all four tires.

Hello and welcome to 2CarPros. If you can have the vehicle on a lift I would recommend you have the rear air suspension bags inspected for leaks. Was a very common problem.

As stated already, if you have access to a lift, or if possible to safely lift the vehicle. Get a spray bottle with some dish soap and spray the bottom of the rubber air bags and while the compressor is running you should see where the bag is leaking by where the bubbles appear. Mark VII are totally cool! I worked on lots of them when I started as a technician at a Lincoln dealership in 92.
