A/C blower only works on max speed

My air conditioner works fine and so does the heat, however.
No other air speed works other than the max speed (I used to be able to toggle between 2/3 and trigger 3 speed) but when I switch to those speeds the car itself kind of sounds like it’s running the condition but no air until I put it on max.

Hi,

The most common cause of it only working on high is a faulty blower motor resistor. This part is located under the dash, passenger side, at the blower motor housing.

I attached the directions below specific to this vehicle for replacement. This is what I suspect is causing the problem for you.
