Air Ride Suspension Not Working?

My dad has the car listed above for which he recently had the suspension air bags changed as the previous ones stopped inflating. Then he heard a pop, and the car started leaning to one side and then he had someone replace that one airbag. However, now the airbags will not inflate at all. It almost sounds like the compressor runs but nothing happens.
I tried changing the Ride Control on the settings, but it won't let me select and the Check Ride Control alert comes on after a minute of turning on.
I also tried using a scan tool, but my dad had disconnected the battery in hopes of "resetting" the system so now it won't detect any issues, and he can't run the car as it's pretty low.
Any advice on what to check or where to start?

It sounds like you have a large air leak in the system, the compressor will only run so long that the system shuts down, so the compressor doesn't overheat. I would inspect the air pressure lines for cracks or disconnected lines, other air bags that are bad. This is a common problem with this car. You can get regular replacement shocks to delete the air suspension all together. Here is the kit on amazon for $125.00:
