From my understanding my wife was driving 60 mph on the freeway when suddenly there was a drop in rpm and car was automatically slowing down drastically when she pulled over and stopped. I was able to drive the car home going no faster than 40 mph and could hear additional air release, or vacuum, varying with the amount of pressure on the gas peddle. Got home and pulled P0172 running rich code which would make sense to me. While checking around I found the low pressure connection to the fuel pump lose and able to move, both slide back and forth and twist. I don't think it is supposed to move. How would I go about resetting and establishing a secure connection?
