Air Not Flowing from Center Vents

There is no air flowing from the center vents. However aire is flowing from the floor and defrost vents. I changed the cabin air filter and that did not help. Is this a big job to fix?

The venting system is not working correctly and it most probably is due to a bad mode motor. Not a really big job but you need to know which part or linkage to look out for.
