Air intake loose

My Air intake is loose it is completely broken off the black rubber material (No idea what it is called" that it was bolted into. What is the proper fix for this?

It may be the air cleaner is broken or the duct work is, stop by an auto parts store so they can look at it. If it is the air cleaner housing then look in junkyards or online for it.
