After replacing the air flow sensor, the engine will not stay running?

It sounds like you have a leak between the sensor and the throttle body, or you have a defective MAF sensor, can I ask why you replaced it? If this was the original problem, I would change out the fuel filter. Here is the location of the fuel filter and what to check for in the air intake system. Check out the images (below).
