I had a noise coming from an the upper actuator on the drivers side, I replaced the actuator and reset the HVAC . Now the air flow on the drivers side is not as strong as the air flow from the passengers side. If I take it out of auto and direct the air flow to the floor the air flow comes out strong through the upper drivers side vent.

It sounds like the cams for the mode doors were in the wrong positions when the actuator was replaced or one of them has broken. Attached is a picture of the position of the cams for installation of the mode control for the left side. The temperature actuator is removed to show the cam positions.
