The air flow is only coming out on defrost no matter what is selected on the control panel.

Hi,
Chances are the mode door actuator has failed. This actuator is responsible for the air flow direction. Take a look at this link:

What I would do is remove it and see if it responds when you change the air flow direction. If it doesn't, replace it.
I attached the directions below for the removal and replacement. Let me know if this helps or if you have other questions.
