Air flow acuator stuck on vent

Hi:
It sounds like the mode door actuator has failed. This actuator is what determines air flow directions.
I attached two pics below. The first are the directions for replacing the actuator and the second shows component location.
Let me know if this helps or if you have other questions. Note: This is for manual climate control. If you have automatic climate control, let me know.
