Blower sounds like it is running at all speeds, but I can barely feel it at any vent. What are my diagnostic choices?

Good morning.

There is a blower resistor that controls blower speed operation. It is mounted next to the blower motor. It is the most common failure for this issue.

It sounds like you lost vacuum tot he HVAC system. Can you check under the hood to see if you can find any small vacuum line headed to the firewall that are broken? Here is a guide to help you see what I am talking about:

Check out the diagrams (below).

Please let us know what you find. We are interested to see what it is.

Thank you for the suggestion but, it is changing vent configuration properly just very little air flow. If I run it on high for very long it starts smelling like blower motor is getting hot, but only on high. Almost like there is some kind of obstruction. I have only had it for a week so I am still tracking all the bugs! :>(

If you smell the blower on high, I suggest you replace the blower motor and the resistor. They sound like they are overheating from too much current draw.

Here is a guide to help you test the power and ground of the blower motor circuit and it will show you what you are in for when doing the job:
