air flow

I just got this van and when i move the switch to modify the air flow (heater/ ac) it doesn't change. Also I can hear a hiss (like a vacuum line broken). Also i found some mice feces under and into the glove box. How can I access to the vacuum lines in order to fix it (assuming some mouse had chewed one). Thank you!
