I only have air flowing onto the windshield (defrost mode). My selector will not allow air for floor or the vents on dash. I have the original part and the # 16177412 with another # B2852224B listed at bottom. My air door actuator mode selector has a 6 pin connection.

It sounds like the mode actuator door is not working. Check the control arms as well. Here is the location of the actuator so you can check it out and replace the mode actuator. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.

Trying to find the replacement OEM part for my Mode Selection Actuator. My original Mode Selection Actuator has a 6-pin electrical connection. All the actuators that I see to purchase only have a 5-pin electrical connection. Any suggestions if the 5-pin connection would work? My original mode selection actuator part # is listed on my last inquiry.
Thanks!

To answer your question the new Ac Delco part number that replaces your old one is 1573627 if you're looking for the Ac Delco replacement. I know rockauto. Com has them that's where I found the information.
