air conditioning intermittent

customer complaint that sometime air conditioning comes on and off. code showing #010 AUC sensor. please help

The AUC sensor is for the automatic re-circulation/fresh air control. It samples the outside air and shuts the external air vents off when it detects pollution in the air. It is on the auxiliary fan frame. 010 is the code saying the sensors internal heater is faulty.
