Air conditioning does not switch areas

Cannot switch from front to any other zone for the air to flow. Heating and air work fine, rear defrost works fine. Is there a way to tell if there is a short or a issue with the blend door actuator?

Hello, I'm Danny.

It sounds like you're having a problem with the blend/mode door actuator. It's a small electric motor the that controls air flow throughout the ducts in the HVAC box.Here is a tutorial for you to view showing how to replace:
