Air Conditioning - Blows worm air at idle

Air conditioning works OK 2000 rpm and above but worm at idle. Refrigerant checked OK, expansion valve replaced with no change. Any suggestions?

I don't know how you checked the refrigerant level because that can't be done. The only way you can know how much refrigerant is in the system is to completely evacuate the system and recharge it with a weighed charge.
Is your cooling fan pulling sufficient air?
