When I turn on the ac it doesn't blow cold air it doesn't blow hot air either it seems like it tries to get cold but just doesn't quite get cold and I can't get my very back windows to open

sounds like it's low on Freon have it checked for that then check all items in pic for window but it may be a gem module which will have to be scanned to see if it's bad. also pull fuse 21 inside car for 60 seconds with key on it may reset the actuator as that may be the problem.
