When you first start the car, the air conditioning works normal but after five to fifteen minutes it stops blowing cold.

Once the car sits for several hours, the AC will blow cold when you start it and then five to fifteen minutes later it blows hot air.

This is been going on for about two weeks.

Hi and thanks for using 2CarPros.Com.

Since it works and then stops, I want to start simple. First, please read through this link. It discusses many reasons why a system will not work.

As simple as it sounds, look at the very bottom of the link where it describes maintenance. Make sure the condenser is not plugged or blocked.

If you decide that you want to check the freon level, this link shows how.

Let me know if this helps or if you have other questions.

I hope you find this helpful. Let me know if you have questions or need additional information.

Take care,
Joe
