When I turn on the A/C the engine feels like it shakes, it does not idle smooth. When I try to accelerate it cuts out and acts like it is not getting any gas. This does not happen all the time it is just getting more frequent.

Hello, sorry you are having this problem. There are a few things that can cause this
1- failing A/C compressor that is putting extra drag on the engine.
2- tune up needed.
3- fuel pressure not correct.

Those are the things that I would have checked. Anytime a engine runs worse with the A/C on it is because of those items in my experience. Hope this helps.
