Low side reads high, high side reads low

Low side reads high, high side reads low. Brand new orifice tube, dryer and compressor. What am I missing? All fans are running, compressor clutch is working, all lines are clear.

You are correct that if the low side is high and the high side is low then the compressor is most likely faulty.
