A/C does not cool when in outside air mode

Switch to re-circulation mode and air blows very cold.

Hello,

This is the way your vehicle's Air Conditioning is supposed to work. Your vehicle's Air Conditioning works by taking the hot air from inside of your vehicle's cabin and moves it outside and replaces it with cold air. If your re-circulation vent is set to outside air, you would just be Air Conditioning the outside fresh air. It needs to be in re-circulation to cool the cabin air.
