Air conditioner blowing hot and cold air at the same time

Good morning, whenever time I turn on the air conditioner,I get hot and cold air blowing at the same time. Can you please tell me what can cause this problem to occur and do you know how to fix it? Thank you

I provided a picture of the dual coolant flow control valve on your other posting, this is a common failure for these vehicles, just be aware of how the hoses come off or mark them if you can so they go on the same way.
