Air conditioner not cooling properly?

When i start my car driving A/C works properly, but after 10-15 KM radiator fan make noise and rotate with high speed then A/C stops cooling, kindly help what's is the issue.

Hi,

If the radiator cooling fans are speeding up, the engine temperature may be getting too high. If that happens, I believe by default, the A/C system is shut down to lessen the engine load.

Is the fan noise you hear the fan motor spinning faster, or is there something in addition to the speed? Also, when this happens, have you ever noticed if the engine temperature is getting too high?
