Having a problem with my air conditioning. I am getting cold air from the two passenger side vents but the air coming out of the driver side vents is not cold. I am getting some cool air but it is definitely not cold like the pass side. I have recently added coolant to the system still having the same problem. Any idea what could be wrong or where to start looking to fix the problem?

Hello, I am Danny.

It sounds like the problem you are having is with the blend door actuator on the HVAC system. It acts as a electric motor to open/close a door to route airflow into the vents. I have attached a picture (actuator is number 1) and a tutorial about how to replace and its function. The HVAC unit is located under the dash on passenger side. There are a few variances between a single and dual zone system but the actuator is the same. Hope this helps and feel free to ask any questions.
