Air conditioner fan control not working properly

My fan blows on low on all the settings except 3 and even then, it does not blow wide open. I checked all fuses, the fan motor and still nothing seems to work.

Hello,

This could be due to a faulty blower motor resistor. Many times when these resistors go bad it will only allow one speed of fan.
The resistor is located under the passenger side dash.
