my A/C is blowing but it is not getting cold and the A/C on/off switch is blinking.

get the refrigerant pressures check, this is a great way to diagnose air con problems. you may have a leak and the refrigerant is low, if so the leak will have to be located and rectified and the correct charge of refrigerant added.
