Okay, on my wife's vehicle listed above the water pump went out so I changed that and the thermostat. then the radiator had a crack I noticed so I went back and replaced that. then when I started it up the A/C was blowing real cold air for about 2 minutes then started blowing hot air, but before all the work it was cold. what would cause this?

Does the compressor engage when you turn it on?

Do you have a set of gauges that will tell the high and low side pressures?
