I filled the car with Freon and it is still blowing hot air.

If the air is hot like having the heater on then the temp damper motor has failed. The dashboard will need to be removed to replace. If it is just ambient temp then verify the compressor is engaging. Have seen the low pressure switch fail on these vehicles.

To check it unplug the low pressure switch (located at accumulator) and using a jumper wire jump the connector and see if the compressor comes on.
