Air conditioner

Okay two weeks ago the air conditioner fan in the front of my van quit running. I stopped and talked to somebody at AutoZone they said it was probably the blower motor or it could be the resistor. So I bought a new blower motor and a new resistor and I put the resistor on first and then the air conditioner started working this morning. I went to start the car the air conditioner is not blowing and there is a leak in a heater hose under the hood. Does one thing have anything to do with the other and what would you suggest I do? There is a hole in the hose I can replace that no problem but it is dripping water. Is that a condenser hose and how should I start fixing any of this besides changing the hose?

If it is leaking coolant from a hose then that needs to be replaced. The condenser has no drain hose but evaporator in car does. However, you should see water dripping out which is no big deal as it is supposed to do that. Check the blower relay in the under hood fuse box it may be bad or it may be a module problem which a mechanic will have to use a scanner to scan for codes. See picture.
