My AC/heater will work every morning when I start the truck but after the first time I shut truck off it will not work unless I hit a big bump! My compressor is engaged and working but blower will not work. Sometimes it comes on randomly without hitting a bump but it never runs very long. It does this in heat and cooling mode, but when it was cold and I was running it on heat, the blower seemed to run longer that it does in AC mode.

Good afternoon.

I would start by going to the blower motor and check the connector. It may be loose or the wires may be corroded.

Note:
The blower motor is located on the passenger side of the vehicle under the instrument panel. The blower motor can be removed from the vehicle without having to remove the HVAC housing assembly.

I checked the connection, and everything checked out great! No corrosion or loose connections! It is weird because it works every morning when I first start the truck and every time it will shut off after a few mins no matter if I am driving or idling! It blows ice cold when it does work.

Okay, do you have a test light to check for power at the motor? Check for power with the key on. You should have power to one wire when hooked up.

Okay, so I get home from work and start my truck and would not you guess the A/C came on! It usually only works first thing in the morning, so I was not able to see if it was still getting power when the blower is not working! Could it just be a short in the blower motor itself?

Yes, it could. Wiggle the connector on the blower around and see if it shuts off. If it does, it could be the motor but check the connector closely as well for any damage.
