Hello again.
It sounds like you are having a problem with the mode actuator in your A/C system. It is an electric motor that moves doors around inside the heater/A/C box to route airflow through the air ducts.The mode actuator is located on the HVAC box under the dashboard on the passenger side. I have attached a tutorial to make you familiar of the repair and a picture of the mode actuator. Hope this helps and let me know if you have any further questions. Danny-
