AIr conditioner not working properly

I was adding refrigerant to my car and the A/C compressor would spin and stop, spin and stop every 5 seconds or so and it would not blow cold air after 10 minutes.

I hope this helps, the first attachment below is the the amount of 134a the system hold.

I have a few questions also. was this compressor behaving the same before you added more refrigerant? and would you have access to a set of gauges like in the article?
