Wen I turn my air conditioner on full blast hardly any air is coming out. I can hear that it is on high ,low,etc., but the air just barely coming out.

try pulling hvac fuse on dash. leave out for sixty seconds with key on it may reset otherwise it may be the actuator is not opening. it is on left hand side of heater box we have no pictures of it. also check vacuum motors on hvac unit one may not be opening due to hose off or no vacuum from control. see picture for vacuum this is for automatic temperature but yours should be similar.
